Services

What a customer can do at your counter

Four everyday services that today mean a bus fare and half a morning. Offered where people already shop, each takes a couple of minutes.

Most requested

Cash withdrawal

A customer takes money out of their own bank account and walks away with cash in hand. They confirm it is them with a fingerprint, or with their debit card and PIN — whichever they are comfortable with.

This is the service that brings people back. Pensioners collecting their monthly payment, a labourer paid into an account they cannot easily reach, a family that needs cash before the shops close.

  • Works with accounts at most major banks
  • The customer is present and confirms the amount
  • A receipt is available for the customer to keep
  • Your commission is recorded as soon as it completes

What it looks like at the counter

  1. 1 The customer says how much they need and which bank they are with.
  2. 2 They confirm their identity themselves.
  3. 3 The amount is checked and confirmed with their bank.
  4. 4 You hand over the cash and the receipt.

Why it matters

Most people asking for a balance are deciding something: whether the wages arrived, whether they can pay the school fee this week, whether it is worth travelling to town.

It is a small service that costs the customer nothing but a walk, and it is often the reason they come to you first for everything else.

Balance enquiry

A quick check of what is available in the customer's account. No trip to a branch, no hunting for a cash machine that has money in it.

  • Answer in under a minute
  • The customer confirms their identity, the same as any other service
  • Nothing is stored on your counter afterwards

Mini statement

A short printed history of the customer's recent transactions — enough to see whether a payment arrived, or where the money went.

For customers who do not use a banking app, this is often the only way they can check their own account without asking someone else to do it for them.

Commonly used for

  • Confirming a payment arrived

Wages, a pension, or money sent by a family member.

  • Checking a deduction

An instalment or a charge the customer did not expect.

  • Keeping a household record

A printed slip for people who do not bank on a phone.

Two ways to serve the same customer

Fingerprint

For customers who do not carry a card, or have never been issued one.

Debit card

For customers who prefer a card and PIN, exactly as they would at a cash machine.

Card services

Not everyone is comfortable with a fingerprint, and not everyone has a card. Offering both means you can serve whoever walks in, rather than turning people away.

  • Cash withdrawal and balance enquiry, using a card and PIN
  • The customer enters their own PIN — you never see it
  • Same receipt, same record, same commission

Earnings & payouts

You should never have to ask what you earned

Commission is recorded against each completed service, the moment it completes. You can see today's earnings today — not at the end of the month, and not after a phone call to somebody's accountant.

Visible as it happens

Each service shows what it earned, alongside the transaction it came from.

Paid to your own account

Payouts go to a bank account verified in your name.

Statement you can check

A running record of what was earned, what was paid, and what is still due.
