What it costs, and what you earn

Commission rates depend on the service, the volume a counter handles and the territory it covers. Rather than publish a number that turns out not to apply to you, here is exactly how the money works — and how to get a firm quote.

How the money works

Three things move, and none of them are hidden

The customer may pay a charge

Where a service carries a charge, it is told to the customer before they agree to it, and it is the only amount they pay. Adding anything on top is grounds for removing a counter.

You earn a commission

A commission is recorded against each completed service. Refused or incomplete services earn nothing — there is no charge to you either.

Earnings are paid to your account

Commission accumulates and is paid out to the bank account verified in your name, on an agreed cycle.

Any equipment a counter needs — a fingerprint reader or a card device — is quoted separately, because what you need depends on which services you intend to offer.

Why there is no single rate on this page

Because it would be wrong for most of the people reading it.

Commission on these services is not set by us alone. It varies by service, by the volume a counter handles, and by what has been agreed for the territory. A counter doing thirty withdrawals a day and one doing three are not on the same terms, and pretending otherwise on a website only wastes your time.

So instead of a headline number that comes with an asterisk, we will give you a figure for your situation on the first call — including what you would earn on a realistic day, not a best case.

If the numbers do not work for your shop, we will tell you that too.
