Three ways to work with us
Whether you run one counter or answer for four hundred, the starting conversation is the same: what does your area need, and what can you realistically support?
Retail counter
You have a shop and customers who already trust you. Add banking services to what you offer and earn on each one.
- Earn a commission on every completed service
- Training included, no banking background needed
- Customers come back for other purchases too
- Start with one service and add more as you go
Most partners
Distributor
You know your district and the shopkeepers in it. Recruit counters, support them, and earn across everything your network handles.
- See which counters are active and which have gone quiet
- One view of what your whole network earned
- Onboarding support for the counters you bring in
- A named contact rather than a general helpline
Correspondent network
You are answerable for conduct and settlement across a large network, and you need it to hold up when somebody asks questions.
- Consistent records across every counter
- Settlement you can reconcile without chasing
- Controlled onboarding — no counter self-registers
- A single place to answer a query about any transaction
What we ask of partners
We are selective, and we would rather say so
A counter that mishandles a customer damages trust for every other counter in the district. These are not negotiable.
The customer is always present
Never complete a service for somebody who is not standing at your counter.
The published charge is the charge
No extra fee on top of what the customer was told.
Cash is handed over in full
The amount on the receipt is the amount the customer receives.
Questions get answered
If a customer comes back, look it up and tell them what you find.
Tell us about your network
One counter or four hundred — start with a conversation about what your area actually needs.
